Mika is one of our talents on the fast track to major business success.  Already sporting a Finance & Accounting undergrad degree from UNCW, and graduating on the Dean’s list, he is currently studying to earn his CPA certification, and will be going back to UNCW in the fall of 2012 to earn his MSA or Master’s in Accounting.

Working his way through college as a night club manager, and Victory field manager by day, Mika’s work here has encompassed an amazing array of activities.  Essentially the end all be all for miscellaneous tasks, Mika has been a tremendous asset from the most mundane tasks when necessary, to the most creative.  One of the leading minds behind our marketing success, Mika helped us to launch several social media campaigns for major corporate clients.  He excels on the people side of the job and social media advertising is the perfect place for him to combine his social skills with marketing creativity.  We’ve always been able to count on Mika without complaint, or a second thought, to drop the more exciting and creative tasks to head out in the field to put out fires for new move ins, emergency maintenance, and quick turnovers.  Never afraid to get his hands dirty Mika has served as an emergency cleaner, then quickly changed gears to act as supplemental accountant.
